PHILIPPI, W.Va. (WV News) — The Broaddus Hospital Community Health Fair is scheduled from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. June 8 on the campus of Broaddus Hospital in Philippi.
The event offers free preventive screenings and health education, discounted blood tests and interactive activities designed to educate people on healthy living choices.
“We are excited to host the annual Broaddus Community Health Fair and provide our neighbors with access to free health screenings, educational resources, and interactive activities,” said DeWayne Kirkpatrick, BSRT (R)(MR) radiology manager and health fair coordinator. “Our goal is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being.”
The Community Health Fair is open to individuals of all ages and no registration is required.
A complete list of screenings and event vendors will be released later in May. Call Broaddus Hospital at 304-457-1760 for information or to find out how to become a vendor at the event.
